Orders & Payment

All orders placed through The Home Dome TT are subject to product availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order. Payment methods accepted include Direct Bank Deposit, Cash on Delivery, and Credit Card via WiPay.

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Trinidad and Tobago via Odeliver Hub & Spoke service. Delivery times are typically 1–2 business days. Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight and delivery location. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied, you may return unused items in original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to our return policy. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Privacy

We collect, store, and use your personal data solely to process orders, deliver products, and provide customer support. We do not share your data with third parties except as necessary for delivery and payment processing.
